Don't Faint

You don't have to faint. Lighten your load, take it easy, but don't faint. It's okay not to dot every "I" or cross every "T". Ask for help , if needed: there is always a ram in the bush. Deal with today today, and leave tomorrow for tomorrow.

Be Still

Take some time off, if you can. Relax your mind. Put your feet up, if only for a moment. Listen to the quietness of your spirit man, and reflect. A silent mind helps develop the spirit, and bring one in contact with the divine. No negative thoughts allowed.

Negative Emotions Don't Control You

If any negative feelings creep up, just know that they are emotional warning signs. Yes! Anger, frustration, sadness, and jealousy are all normal emotions. Its how those emotions are responded to, which determines if they are out of control.

Response

Tell your negative emotions, "I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living" (Psalm 27:13).

Don't Faint

Wait on the LORD; be of good courage: wait, I say, on the LORD (Psalm 27:14). God will not leave you comfortless: He will come to you (John 14:18).
