To be in the midst is to be in the interior or central part or point of: Middle. Whatever the storm, God is there. Whatever the trial, God is there. Whatever the situation or circumstance, God is there. In the midst is where He offers Himself Righteous, Mighty, and Strong; ready to Judge and able to correct, and redeem, with Joy because He loves us.
"The LORD your God is in your midst, A victorious warrior He will exult over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy (Zephaniah 3:17).
In Order To See God In The Midst, You Must Be Born Again
It doesn't matter if you are rich or poor, famous or infamous, loved or hated, in order to see the kingdom, one must be born again. Until then, man is unable to understand or comprehend the kingdom of God; the born again experience is a Spiritual Birth, it cannot be explained intellectually. It is likened to the wind blowing where it wishes and being virtually impossible to tell how.
"Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus[a] by night and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do unless God is with him.” Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?” Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit (John 3:1-8).
"Repent of your sins and turn to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near (Mathew 3:2).
