Consider Your Ways

Writer's picture: Adrianne BrownAdrianne Brown

With so many things to consider, Why not consider one's ways? Don't wait until time goes by and aging begins to have its effects: sicknesses, disparities, and or other issues. "Thus says the Lord of Hosts; Consider your ways (Haggai 1:7).

Consider Your Ways

God said, "Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes (Haggai 1:6). Nothing in this life will suffice.

It doesn't matter how much money one makes it will never be enough. "...Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God (Mathew 4:4). Return to God.

Return To God

Time is not our friend. God is soon to return, "But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father (Mathew 24:36). One must be mindful that "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows (James 1:17). Repent and put your life back into God's hands.
