Perfect Within My Flaws

Writer's picture: Adrianne BrownAdrianne Brown

A flaw is a defect in physical structure or form; an imperfection or weakness and especially one that detracts from the whole or hinders effectiveness. To be perfect within my flaws is to accept them.

Boast All The More Gladly About Your Weakness

We, as children of God, are to depend on God. He is our strength in weakness. We may boast in this because we know that God is preparing a place for those who follow Him. Your human weakness being strengthened in/by Christ Jesus are made manifest, which, in the end, is worth your while.

God said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships,in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.(2 Corinthians 12:9-10).

No One Can Hurt You With Your Flaws, If You Have Already Accepted Them. You Are Not In The Least Inferior.
