Falling In Love With Jesus

"The song of songs, which is Solomon's. Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine. Because of the savor of thy good ointments thy name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee. Draw me, we will run after thee: the king hath brought me into his chambers: we will be glad and rejoice in thee, we will remember thy love more than wine: the upright love thee (SOS 1:1-4).

"Behold, thou art fair, my love; behold, thou art fair; thou hast doves' eyes within thy locks: thy hair is as a flock of goats, that appear from mount Gilead.Thy teeth are like a flock of sheep that are even shorn, which came up from the washing; whereof every one bear twins, and none is barren among them.Thy lips are like a thread of scarlet, and thy speech is comely: thy temples are like a piece of a pomegranate within thy locks. Thy neck is like the tower of David builded for an armory, whereon there hang a thousand bucklers, all shields of mighty men (SOS 4:1-4).

Falling In Love Is More Delightful Than Wine.

Love is a gift from God for us to enjoy. It is of a union wrought in God where the lovers enjoy and praise one another. It is a love between a husband and wife. Its aroma is a delight to all of the senses. The Love the Shulammite woman had for Solomon, and that Solomon had for the Shulammite woman, as good as it was, is nothing to be compared to the love God has for us. God's Love is an everlasting Love. He wants us to experience His Loving embrace. The aroma of His presence is a sweet smelling savor. We may only experience God's gentle goodness, if we try Him. "O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him (Psalm 34:8).

Falling In Love With Jesus Is Divine

"I will rejoice greatly in the LORD, My soul will exult in my God; For He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels (Isaiah 61:10).
