1 Prayer; petition, communication with God
2 Worship; reverence, honor, and devotion - regard with great respect
3 Meditation - Meditate; think deeply, focus your mind, for a period of time, on God's Word, Works, and promises
Prayer
Prayer is a way of communicating with God. It is a process that allows us to speak with God in a way that technology will never ascertain. Because prayer is offered up through spirit [your spirit in commune with the Spirit of God within you], it's not effected by clichés, power outages, or anything made by man. God's lines of communication are always open, if one will.
"Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water."(Hebrews 10:22)
Worship
Worship is a habitual devotion to right principles, that is God's ordinance. It is how one reverence and honor God because of His Deity. Worship shows our adoration toward God for His love shown toward us.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believe in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).
Meditate
To meditate is to think deeply on. It is a focus of mind and heart on an object, or decree. God's Majesty; sovereign power, authority, dignity, Holiness, His Glory, and foreordaining Will - All that God has done, continues to do, and will do are where one's mind, and affections, should be focused upon.
"To the only wise God our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen (Jude 1:25).
Draw Near To God
"Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up (James 4:8-10).
