Why Jesus?

Jesus has shown, and continues to show, God's greatest demonstration of love. Because of Adam's disobedience (Genesis 3:6), we have been separated from God and unable to commune with Him. In spite of our sin, God demonstrated His love for us while we were yet sinners (Romans 5:8). Because God loves us, He sent His only Son to die for us (John 3:16)."For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die (Romans 5:7).

God Sent Jesus. He Bridged The Gap

God sent His Son, Jesus, to bridge the gap between sinful man and His Holiness. He forsook Jesus, on the Cross, that we might be forgiven. It caused Jesus to cry out 'My God My God, why have you forsaken Me (Mathew 27:46). God didn't forsake Jesus because He wasn't pleased with Jesus but, because God is a Holy God He had to look away (Habakkuk 1:13), for the wages of death for our sin was upon Him (Isaiah 53:5). God closed His ears and eyes to His Son in order that He would never close them to us. Jesus took on God's wrath for us. He is the only One Who can mediate for us.

Jesus Is Our Mediator

Jesus is the Way, Truth, and Life; no man can come to the Father accept through Him (John 14:6). He is the One Who died for our sins, and was raised up for our life (Acts 10:40). Our lives are found  in no other. "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12).  If you believe, you may receive the gift of Eternal Life.

Pray To God for Forgiveness of Your Sin And The Hope of Eternal Life

Jesus, please come into my heart and life right now; be my Lord, Savior, and friend. Help me to follow You all the days of my life. Thank You Jesus for forgiving and receiving me, Amen!
