When Jesus was crucified on the Cross, He broke the barriers that separated us. Barriers that separate us can be economic, cultural, educational, generational, political, mental, religious, and the list goes on. Jesus abolished in His flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances (Ephesians 2:15). Blotting out the handwriting of (those) ordinances that was against us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to the Cross (Colossians 2:14). We can look beyond the barriers.
Nail It To The Cross
The barriers that separated people in times of antiquity are the same barriers that separate people today. To God be the Glory that He foreknew the plans He had for us. God ended the enmity between us concerning laws. Jesus Crucifixion joined, and continues to join, groups of people separated by barriers. His love, Grace, and Mercy showed toward us makes us part of Him as one new man for all eternity. Whatever separates you from people or groups of people, separates you from God. Thankfully, we can choose to nail it to the Cross.
