"Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: Praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: Praise him according to his excellent greatness.
Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: Praise him with the psaltery and harp.
Praise him with the timbral and dance: Praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: Praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that hath breath Praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD. (Psalm 150 NIV)
Praise
Praise is a sign of admiration. for someone; a sign of warm approval and respect. To praise the Lord is a sign of gratitude and thankfulness for Who He is and what He has done and continues to do. One can not praise the Lord enough. However the Lord loves when we praise Him with everything in us. Our voices are like musical instruments. Our hands and feet are like drums when we dance before Him. Again, we can not praise God enough but our expressions of admiration are just a few of many ways we can show Him our appreciation. God loves to hear our praises for Him.
Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving to God can be expressed in our giving to others. God has giving us many blessings and provisions. Some of our cups are overflowing to the point where there is no room to hoard. God's children are to imitate His character. Jesus wasn't selfish or judgmental in His giving nor should we be. We are to live and give according to His standards and principles. All that we have is a gift from God Jesus said, "..give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. (Luke 6:38 KJV) This scripture is not about money. No! it's about sharing the love and forgiveness God gave to us. Thankful children of God show others love and compassion, are generous, gracious, forgiving, and non-judgmental to others. When we show God we are thankful by way of giving to others what He has giving to us, He fills our spiritual cups with the same measure we give.
Worship
To worship God is to reverence Him. It is to honor and respect Him with all of our being. We worship God through prayers and obedience to His Word. We worship God when we "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, And He shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: Fear the LORD, and depart from evil. (proverbs 5-7 KJV). God is our total support system. We can place everything concerning us in His hands, because He knows the next steps to take and has all of the answers. God said, 'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD , thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. ' (Jeremiah 29:11 KJV) Trust Him. Prayerfully and diligently seek Him and consult His Word.
Don't Complain Don't Grumble
If you say you trust in God and His Will, "Do all things without murmurings and disputing's (Philippians 2:14 KJV). There needs to be no arguing about it. God's Word says what it means and means what it says. belief in God's Word should bring us to one accord. The character of Jesus Christ in us and us in Him is revealed by His fruit, which is ".. love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. (Galatians 5:22-23). Love one another. "If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another. (Galatians 5:25-26 KJV).
Praise God
Praise God from Whom all blessings flow. Put it all in His hands. Have a blessed stress free worry free day on purpose, and never stop believing Jesus paid it all.
