“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born, I set you apart. I appointed you as a prophet to the nations (Jeremiah 1:5 NIV).” For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. (Jeremiah 29:11 KJV) "Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. “I tell you, whoever publicly acknowledges me before others, the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God. (Luke 12:7-8 NIV)
Six Stages 'Till Rest
We will grow from infancy to childhood, from childhood to adolescence, from adolescence to early adulthood, from early adulthood to middle adulthood, from middle adulthood to eldership, then rest. Through it all we need not fear because it is God Who keeps us. Yes," ... even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows. (Luke 12:7 KJV) We are here to fulfill a purpose for God. That purpose is Kingdom building. Jesus is soon to return. "'And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now, is our salvation nearer than when we believed. (Romans 13:11 NIV) “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. (Matthew 24:36 NIV) Share the gospel. Acknowledge God! Jesus said, ".. whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: but he that denies me before men shall be denied before the angels of God (Luke 12:8-9 KJV).
God knows Who We Are and Where We Are.
God set us apart even before conception. Yes! He knew us before we were even conceived. Every one of God's children has a purpose to fulfill before rest. Whatever your God given purpose is, do it; fulfill it in the name of Jesus, then you can rest in Him. There remains a rest to the people of God. (Hebrews 4:9 KJV) Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief Hebrews 4:11 KJV). No one's God given purpose is more in important than another's, ".for there is no respect of persons with God. (Romans 2:11 NIV) He knows the plans that He has for us. God wants us to live in peace and harmony with Him and with one another. He wants to reconcile us back to Him. God says, "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness (Isaiah 41:10 KJV). Trust God! Answer the Call. Spread the Gospel, the Good News "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. (John 3:16-17 KJV) This is the good news of Jesus Christ that we must share with others in hopes that they will respond to God's love call and also begin fellowship with Him. God promised to save us through His Son Jesus. "The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead, He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9 NIV). Whatever stage you are in, you are never too old or too young to fulfill God's purpose in your life. It's only too late after you're gone. "For the grave cannot praise thee, death cannot celebrate thee: They that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth (Isaiah 38:18 KJV)
Praise God
praise God from Whom all blessings flow. Put it all in His hands. Have a blessed stress-free worry-free day on purpose, and never stop believing Jesus is Lord. "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful; I know that full well. (Psalm 139:14 NIV)
