We Need God's Unadulterated Word

"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15 NIV)

We Need God's Unadulterated Word to Equip Us

There are legions of false prophets on a mission to deceive many to believe that there is no God. The devil is a liar, and his goal is to keep us separated from God. He desires to take as many souls to hell with him as possible. Jesus said, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full. (John 10:10 NIV) We need to allow God's unadulterated Word to get rooted and remain rooted in us in order that our foundation in Him be stable. God wants to reconcile us back to Him and for us to know how much He loves us "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved (John 3:16-17) God wants to teach us His Word so that we get to know and understand the truth about our identity in His Son Christ Jesus. Jesus said ... the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you (John 14:26 KJV) 'I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing (John 15:1-5 KJV) God gets the glory for His story. Stay focused on and yoked to Jesus. If we don't root ourselves in Jesus Christ, we will be deceived.

Love One Another in the Spirit of Meekness

"Brethren if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness, considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another's burdens and so fulfil the law of Christ. For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For every man shall bear his own burden. Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith. (Galatians 6:1-10 KJV)
