God Has Never Been Unreliable
God promised Abraham he'd be a great nation. He said, "I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing (Genesis 12:2 KJV) God did it. "God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill? (Numbers 23:19 NIV) When the serpent in the garden of Eden beguiled the woman into eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which she also gave some to her husband to eat, causing the fall from grace for all mankind (Genesis 3:1-14 KJV), God had a redemption plan through our promised Mesiah His only Begotten Son Jesus. Telling the serpent "..I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. (Genesis 3:15 KJV) 'Therefore, the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. (Isaiah 7:14 KJV) "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved (John 3:16-17 KJV) God is faithful.
God is Faithful
"The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. (Deuteronomy 31:8 NIV) God Is Faithful. Our struggles, difficulties, and failures God knew beforehand that we'd have them. He'd already considered our short comings. Praise God for a redemption plan. "For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love (Ephesians 1:4 NIV). He chose us before we chose Him. Nothing we have done or would do could've changed God's plans for about us. And God didn't do it because we were flawless, He did it because He loves us. God said, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. (Jeremiah 29:11 KJV). We are made in His image, and everything He made was good. (Genesis 1:27, 1:31 NIV)
Praise God for His Faithfulness
Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: Praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: Praise him according to his excellent greatness.
Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: Praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: Praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
Praise him upon the loud cymbals: Praise him upon the high-sounding cymbals.
Let everything that hath breath Praise the LORD. (Psalm 150 KJV)
