You Are Not an Island
You may have been marginalized as an insufficient no hopeful, but you are not an Island. People are still watching and needing you to survive. "Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.' (Hebrews 12:3 NIV) It's a burden almost too hard to bear. "Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens." (Psalm 68:19 NIV) Come to Jesus just as you are. God sees you and is knocking at your door. Answer Him.
Believe in The Lord
God loves us. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:16-17 KJV. We are God's Creation, made in His image. Psalms 119:130 says that God's Word is life. A light unfolding so gloriously that even the simple [childlike] can understand. Salvation is as close as our mouth and heart. "If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. Romans 10:9-10 NIV.
Now that You've Accepted Jesus
"Since you've heard the message of truth [the Gospel] and believed you were marked sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise (Ephesians 1:13) You are a new creation. A new person with a new attitude, perspective, and character. One of love, patience, humility, and sound mind. You are a child of God. By the Grace of God, you are someone to not only watch but imitate.
Believe for Your Whole Family
Your family is more than your family, they are your first community. Your testimony of how God changed you through Jesus Christ can save your family. They see the unexplainable change in you. What you have learned through the living Word of God has proven itself true. The same miracles Jesus did for those in the times of antiquity, so many miracles that His Word cannot contain them all, now has been done in your life. What a blessing it is to be chosen by God. Your faith, evident change, prayer life, testimony, and sharing the Gospel and teachings of the Word is what can save your whole family. It's God's promise (Acts 16:30-31) The change God has made in your life and your unwavering Faith is the evidence that will encourage family members to ask the question 'What must I do to be saved?
Praise God
Praise God from Whom all blessings flow. Put it all in His hands. Have a blessed stress-free worry-free day on purpose, and never stop believing Jesus paid it all.
